With our 3120 Trumph Tru Bend press brake we can bend 10ft. in length, of sheet metal, and up to 8' of 1/4" material. With our sectionalized tooling we have the capability of forming parts to suit your needs. We can do large or small quantities limited only by tooling requirements. We can hold tolerances down to 0.004".

Our 2030 Trumph Tru Laser, with its Trucoax 3200 watt resonator, has a capacity to cut out parts up to 3/4" thick mild steel. This machine can be fully automated for large quantity jobs or manually operated for individual parts. It is capable of holding tolerances of +0.004. on a sheet size up to 60" x 120".

Our Hypertherm 2000 LHF Plasma table ,also fully automated and a table size of 72" x 120", has a capacity of cutting mild steel up to 1 1/2" thick. ;

This Cosen horizontal band saw is is capable of miter cutting up to 45deg. It is fully automatic for repetitious cutting. With an 11" x 11" square, 11" x 19" rectangle, and 13" round cut capacity we can handle all your custom cutting needs.
